The Tomato crises: small scale production in a transitional agricultural economy: a policy outlook
This paper takes a critical look at how small producer problems are being addressed in a changing policy environment. The paper analyses the case of tomato producers and the problems they face as an illustration of the general problems of small scale vegetable farmers.
