Regarding Sodium matabisulphite how many grams or ml's is (1000ppm) and 1% calcium cloride in grams or ml's. 3.How do I preserve green mango sliced by Mango Cutter which already has it's own juice from the machine itself.Can I use salt, Sodium matabisulphite and calcium chloride to preserve it and how to make measurements of preservatives concerned to ferment without using Brine. 4.Lastly, can you advice where to get Home Use Green Mango Slicer (that cut mango into pieces).The specifications should be :- Motor=0.75Kw, Capacity=300kg/h, Blade Speed 500r/min, Voltage=(220-240v), at 50HRZ and Sigle Phase, weight= 60kg, Dimension=550*600*900.
