Sugar and Honey

Sugarcane is more commonly processed by large-scale producers but can be processed on a small scale into various products, serving local communities. Honey is a valuable commodity and a healthy alternative to sugar. Many people produce it on a small scale, as large spaces are not required to nurture bees.
